JCPenney Associates can log in to the JCPenney Associate Kiosk using their user ID and password and access all information relevant to their employment. You can even see special employee discounts for shopping online through the JCPenney website. You can either be a part-time employee or a full-timer. Whatever, might be the case; you can easily manage your employment records from the convenience of your home or wherever you are. There’s also this associate discount program where all JCPenney employees and their eligible dependents can avail discounts on products purchased from JCPenny.

You need to go to the “Associate Kiosk @ Home” section on the JCPenney website. Needless to say, you will need your employee ID number preceded by zeroes so as to make it a 9 digit number. As a first time login you must use an 11 digit default password that includes the initials ‘JCP’ in uppercases; 2 digits for your month of birth; 2 digits for your year of birth; and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Once you are through this first login, the system will prompt you to choose a password of your preference. SSL security technology is in place to ensure your information are safe. This technology achieves the intended security by encrypting the link between your browser and the server.

So these part-timers can also access critical benefits—much like their full-time counterparts—such as medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k)plan.
